We are still working on the injuries. We hotfixed it last week because, frankly, it needed a very quick fix.
But we still need to work this out, and we are still working on it. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we don't have as much data for our injuries this week that we would have needed, so it might take a little longer to process what we need to make sure that we do things right.
We will get there.
I understand you guys could sometimes feel like we let you down and changed the game direction (with all the P2W accusations around), but we didn't.
At its worst, it's poor balancing due to lack of data (mostly because there weren't enough people playing before).
This is the same with the units and skills AP costs problems. Now that everyone is playing -a lot- some things are much more obvious (and therefore, easier to work on). We're aware of these things, and as you should know by now, we will try our best to fix them, as soon as possible - it could still take some time, but it's the design team top priority right now.

No, they aren't. Those that were still standing when you concede won't get any injury. The ones that were eliminated prior to that will still roll their wounds.
If anything behaves differently from what I've just stated here ingame, then it's a bug (but I'm pretty sure it's working right now).

Also, lower level players get some protections against injuries that are gradually removed as they rank up in the game.
