Injuries versus rewards is out of control

I've been playing a bit now and I have several level 5 units...

The problem is almost every battle I am losing 2-3 units and every time at least one maybe even two are injured...

The level five guys are costing me 2400 Ducats to heal....24 healing cards?!? For a battle that earns me 240-250 Ducats for the win?

Something seems a little off here or I'm just getting the worse luck ever....I can't win a battle with a 100% of my units intact at higher level ap battles....that's just not possible. This is were the experienced players are....

these 4-5 (300-400ap) unit battles are going to incur losses no matter how good you are. Too get rewarded 250 Ducats and have to pay upwards of 4000 Ducats to heal my units is a joke. Yes One Time it cost me 4800...!?!?!

Unless you want people to always do 200ap battles this needs to be tweaked....its a joke right now...I'll just go back to 200ap battles and spank newbies until this is fixed.

this makes me wonder one thing, if i concede a game, are my units spared or they are considered automatically defeated ?

Honestly also if won many match seem that in any game i've some injury... i don't understand how new player or who don't win often could handle all the injury... :|

they just dont need to play with leveled units :D

We are still working on the injuries. We hotfixed it last week because, frankly, it needed a very quick fix.
But we still need to work this out, and we are still working on it. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we don't have as much data for our injuries this week that we would have needed, so it might take a little longer to process what we need to make sure that we do things right.

We will get there.
I understand you guys could sometimes feel like we let you down and changed the game direction (with all the P2W accusations around), but we didn't.
At its worst, it's poor balancing due to lack of data (mostly because there weren't enough people playing before).
This is the same with the units and skills AP costs problems. Now that everyone is playing -a lot- some things are much more obvious (and therefore, easier to work on). We're aware of these things, and as you should know by now, we will try our best to fix them, as soon as possible - it could still take some time, but it's the design team top priority right now.

No, they aren't. Those that were still standing when you concede won't get any injury. The ones that were eliminated prior to that will still roll their wounds.
If anything behaves differently from what I've just stated here ingame, then it's a bug (but I'm pretty sure it's working right now).

Also, lower level players get some protections against injuries that are gradually removed as they rank up in the game.

I for one do NOT feel this is a pay to win game. I think the ap system combined with your other mechanics is a great way to keep the p2w aspect at a null... Keep up the great work!

Again thanks for the update...obviously some tweaking is order and I realized this is still beta, but seriously I have been getting slammed in the Ducat department...I had to pay over 10k Ducats is a manner of 4 battles.. :x I'm at the point where I almost feel I have to start another noobie squad just to make progress (which I do not want to do) Mainly because I don't want to discourage low level players...I mean I will crush them and demoralize them if I start another wolf squad.

obviously a great idea, but that doesn't help your senior players. Seriously I'm in on supporting this game and I have financially as well. But please throw us a bone soon. I can't bring myself to killing noobs or going back to training missions just to make Ducats.

not sure if it is intended but i always have the feeling that:

-if you play casually you won't have ducats problems (assuming just just connect 2-3 min per day to simply quests)
-if you play a lot you might have them (depending on your performances) and if you want to try new units
