Loading error

Incident Place - log in/loading screen

Discription - After waiting six hours for an activation email I am now stuck at the loading screen, then after some 5-10 minutes get a 1205 error for timing out. I could have played quite a few physical games of Confrontation by now

It is not.

Upon pressing play, the loading screen pops up and the only option is to let it time out & press okay or exit.

Now I am back to the email auth., & it says - error user is already logged at the top left in red.

I will not send another request unless suggested to.

I am currently having the same issue, been trying to resolve it all day. Nothing yet

Close the game and wait for few minutes(2-3 should be enough) before launching it again, to reset the remaining connection to our servers.

I'm having the exact same issue. I launch the game and it tries to auto log me in but instead just says loading for 5-10 minutes and then gets a popup saying (1205, "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction').

If you click ok on the popup you'll be on the loading screen for another 5-10 and then the same popup comes right back.

I've verified the game caches and uninstalled/re-installed the game. I left it overnight hoping it was just a server side hiccup but still cannot get into the game.

Submitted a ticket about this and got this as a response:

Right now we can't fix this issue from our side.
We expect to push a fixed game client in a few hours, we will notify you once it's done in order to check if it's OK.

So, time to find something to occupy my time for a few hours and see how it is after a patch.

Hello, this issue have been quite tricky to fix, we tried to properly address it with the 0.12.7 patch.
Please let us now how it went.

Same here, no error, but stuck at loading screen. It is weird since i was able to start the game 10 min ago, and even did some tutorial missions.
