Discription - After waiting six hours for an activation email I am now stuck at the loading screen, then after some 5-10 minutes get a 1205 error for timing out. I could have played quite a few physical games of Confrontation by now
I'm having the exact same issue. I launch the game and it tries to auto log me in but instead just says loading for 5-10 minutes and then gets a popup saying (1205, "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction').
If you click ok on the popup you'll be on the loading screen for another 5-10 and then the same popup comes right back.
I've verified the game caches and uninstalled/re-installed the game. I left it overnight hoping it was just a server side hiccup but still cannot get into the game.
Submitted a ticket about this and got this as a response:
Hello, Right now we can't fix this issue from our side. We expect to push a fixed game client in a few hours, we will notify you once it's done in order to check if it's OK.
