chimera final upgrades update - Force of Virtue is currently insane selfbuff instead of support spell.
ign: Draconnor, Cynwall player, 23 years in computer games, 14 years in battle games, 8 years in Confrontation Universe, 4 years of making own battle games.

Thanks about this updated feedback on the Chimera skilltree - I'm curious though: how did you test all these skills?

Did you buy two or more Chimeras?
Did you try some trees with a friend of yours who happen to have a Chimera too?
Or did you use some patch skilltree reset to test some other configuration?

Maybe I'm wrong here, but from reading the feedback, my understanding is that you comment most of these Chimera talents more from a theoritical level, based on what you did see on others units/players, but did not play yourself.
Could you please tell us what you did try on the battlefield, and what you didn't? It would be very helpful - thanks ! :)

unfortunately since legendaries are very expensive and reserved to "high" level players during the beta we cannot test them a lot nor face them a lot. I think i can name here all the players who use legendaries as they aren't a lot due to the above reasons. I am sure Cyanide tested every bit of skill tree however the majority of players did not even have a chance to test them beside against them and/or in a very unfavorable situation (low AP armies abuse - which will get fixed). What i would love in the BETA phase is allowing three army slots (i mean nobody is going to spend real money on a beta so no point to make that restriction right now) and more affordable units in term of ducats (like 50% cheaper). Simply put this would allow more players to test , giving you more feedbacks and a better view. I am not ashamed to say that legendaries are the units i know the least mostly because of those reasons and maybe they are giving me a wrong impression. So why not giving us more "power" in order to test it? victories and losses are meaningless anyway as they will be reset when it will go live and nobody will spend 1 euro in the beta phase (the feature is not even in!).

I Have one build with all non-obvious spells (guardian angel/force of virtue) - so don't worry no third party programs - i hate them.

But as you see in this thread and in my signature - when i was asking about beta key - i said truth about playing battle games - (C2/3/3,5/C4 included) and you may or may not belive me about the rest (making own battle game >>non english unfortunatly<<, staying in my country top3 C3/3,5 for quite long time and few years studying math. All this combined with great feature (visible ingame rolls and half random game nature) let me see something more than what i realy tested. 40 seconds of game turn are mostly enough to think "what if" especialy while counteratack+ambidex is quite obvious (when i see 'parry' note over my unit ;) )

In other words and on example:
when Deep Blue wrote
I always thought the key to beat lions is playing offensively and therefore went straight to your VIP...which i could have killed if i didn't fail the 95% chance spell :D

in Golem Vs Chimera thread he was right - and I saw it in the game that Somatic Transfer failed at 95%... Morover even if Deep Blue Paladin would be on lev 1 or was a simple skeleton" it still can be described by "if it would be a lev4+ paladin..."

So simply player conscious of all game rules and mechanics can "test" more than one game durning a game ;)
Especialy when current game have quite few units at this point while battle system that i try to keep balanced have 13 factions 12-16 units each ;)
