Maybe I'm wrong here, but from reading the feedback, my understanding is that you comment most of these Chimera talents more from a theoritical level, based on what you did see on others units/players, but did not play yourself.
Could you please tell us what you did try on the battlefield, and what you didn't? It would be very helpful - thanks !
I Have one build with all non-obvious spells (guardian angel/force of virtue) - so don't worry no third party programs - i hate them.
But as you see in this thread and in my signature - when i was asking about beta key - i said truth about playing battle games - (C2/3/3,5/C4 included) and you may or may not belive me about the rest (making own battle game >>non english unfortunatly<<, staying in my country top3 C3/3,5 for quite long time and few years studying math. All this combined with great feature (visible ingame rolls and half random game nature) let me see something more than what i realy tested. 40 seconds of game turn are mostly enough to think "what if" especialy while counteratack+ambidex is quite obvious (when i see 'parry' note over my unit
)

in Golem Vs Chimera thread he was right - and I saw it in the game that Somatic Transfer failed at 95%... Morover even if Deep Blue Paladin would be on lev 1 or was a simple skeleton" it still can be described by "if it would be a lev4+ paladin..."
So simply player conscious of all game rules and mechanics can "test" more than one game durning a game
Especialy when current game have quite few units at this point while battle system that i try to keep balanced have 13 factions 12-16 units each
