XP bug?

Since the new patch (30.04.) the units dont gain xp. Is this a bug? i notice only no more xp for won trainings...
Does anyone know something more?

Thats what it says in the patch notes, so i think it's intentional.

I mean in AP 250 or 400 they also dont get xp sry ^^
