Assault Fire - possible bug.

I just saw somthing strange in my last game.
A Wolfen crossbowman use offensive stance to shot a unit (so it made two ranged attack) then he charge my unit with assault fire and kill that unit. After that he got a strange next RAGED attack on another unit, something like a pursuit attack but ranged... well dunno if this is a bug or intended by the devs... anyone saw somthing similar?

Yes - its old thing

Back in 0.10 i was using this quite much when offensive stance assault strike or even natural selection one was able to kill so many units in one turn and make pursuit shot ;)
It was only reason to take Assault over Harassment ;)

What do you want to change? The ability to pursuit or the ability to shoot twice before charging?

By the way, to be fair, it should with that skill and Offensive stance do 2 shots, and three melee attacks (born killer) :mrgreen:

I'd prefer getting rid of the shoot twice aspect...

imo this option was OP in 0.10 - now it sounds reasonable as a alternative for harassment alternative, because harass is still more useful

I don't know if it's intended or not, but I think the charge attack benefits from the accuracy skill, which says it's +3 damage for ranged attacks. If it's intended, assault fire should mention that if you have accuracy the damage bonus will work for the charge attack too.

If Accuracy works with that, it is indeed a bug.

im not sue how it works now but in 0.10 DAM was even +1 for Stuned enemy -1TOU penalty ;)
