cant go back to menu or do anything else

When i load the game i am shown the post lobby and then i try to return to menu but i get this error in red in the top left of my screen:
CDogsLobbyManager:<ResponseValidatePostmatch>Error : UnhandledError -> 'NoneType' object has no attribute '__getitem__'

Lua:
error calling method 'OnGameEvent': Data/Script/Layouts/TutoPostMatch.lua:14: attempt to index field 'pSheetTutoStep' (a nil value)

No game.log file created
Uploading screenshot did not work

I am having the exact same issue. It is quite annoying. I have tried restarting the game, re-installing the game, but nothing.

Screenshots of it have been posted in a previous thread about the same thing.

is there a fix yet? I re-installed the game 3 times.

I hope they can address this soon. In my haste earlier, I forgot to do my due diligence, so below is it.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

I signed into the game telling it to remember me and to auto-log me in, in the future.
I played the first tutorial and completed it.
The game seemed to have an issue connecting to the server and then sent me back to the main menu, where I could only play the first tutorial again.
I played the first tutorial again and the same thing happened (I only had the first tutorial available to play).
I exited the game and logged back in.
I was sent to a screen with the below text:

Defenseurs de Yillia Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla

When I tried to click on the only available button "Back to Menu," I received the following error.

CDogsLobbyManager:<ResponseValidatePostMatch>Error:UnhandledError->NoneType'object has no attribute'_'getitem'

I was unable to ever leave this screen.
Every time I restart the game, I go immediately to the above screen. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and still, when I log in, I am brought to the above screen.

If it makes a difference, my in-game name is hodroddwc.

I have also tried uninstalling the entire game. Searching my computer for all folders name DogsOfWar and deleting them as well. But when I reinstall the game, it still take me to the above mentioned screen with no way to leave it.

My hopes were that I would be able to delete the preference file that is saving that I want to auto log in, so I would be able to create a new account and bypass this.

Are there any hotkeys to sign out or go to the main menu that might help in this situation?

Hi, thanks for all this information !
It's a bug on our side, you won't be able to fix it yourself. The game is trying to validate the fact that you won the tutorial and fails.
It's in our top priorities, but it's a tough bug, we will inform everyone once we manage to fix it.

Is there anyway you can just delete my account or reset it so I can start playing from the beginning again? I had only finished the first tutorial anyway.
