Loading error

I'm having the same issue...stuck at loading.

This bug doesn't seems to be from the server side, but we're still tracking what could be the cause on the game client side.
So right now our only advice is to close the game and retry a few minutes later to check wether you will be able to reach the servers.

Since some files might be empty, which could be an issue for some mailbox, you should pack them in a .zip file before sending them.

I am stuck at the loading screen as well...
I was about to start a match, in that screen where we select which units will fight against another player (pre-match compensations or something like that). I selected my units and clicked ok, the timer never stopped and after it reached 0 I was stuck at that screen. I had to close the game and now I am stuck at the loading screen when I try to connect.

yup stuck at loading screen as well...i just tried to launch the game normally...first time it did not even make to the loading screen, generating an error that unfortunately i decided not to report...from then on it decided to stuck on the loading screen.

EDIT: after 10 min it got fixed by itself.

EDIT2: did easy training mission vs lion and after the game a message popped up (you could just press ok or a blank button) -> the game went on loading screen suddenly (as if i had a match again vs the ai) and got stuck there. Had to brutally exit the game and now i cant join any game as it says that im still in a match (which i dont).

if i try to reboot the message keeps popping up that a match is waiting for me...which is the training match (already concluded).

the error message i get is that i just refused a game...if i try to queue for a new one...

After waiting for about 20 min without being able to connect, I decided to uninstal the game and delete that dogs of war folder in "my documents". Then I downloaded the game again on steam and it worked, I was able to connect (at least until this bug happens again...)
