Won't connect to server

I live on the east side of the U.S.A. and in the last few days whenever i try to launch the game, the menu keeps stating connection is impossible. What exactly do i do?

Did you already connect to the game ?
Do you post from your computer with the issue ? Have you tried to switch off your firewall ? Your antivirus ? (if you have any)
