ok i´ve played 2 days sofar and i like the game.

Errors (form my view):
-ap of units in the shop is shown for lvl1 (doesnt matter if u look on lvl1 or lvl3 unit)
it would be better with a min-max value.
Swordman for example lvl1 = 30 ap, lvl2 31-33ap, lvl3 35-39AP

-balance seems to watch for the ap count not for lvls etc. I had already matches with leveled units on a 200ap game vs some people with only level 1 units and one had 2 lvl1 units in a game vs me

-knight of the lion is really nice i like him but he seems to be OP if u get more than one..
for example 2 lion knights in a 200 ap matchup = autolose.

-WTF.. why the hell units can die in training missions? they called training missions! for training.. so why the hell they are able to die... So great... first my lion knight died in a real match ... and now my lion pet in a training mission. I dont get the logic..

-human archer skill "double shot" is kind of useless. however .. i would know how the accuracy is calculated here?
my archer have a base accuracy of 11(each point = 5% hitchance =55 % hitchance)
But furthermore the distance between me and target is also important. so it decrease even more at long range.
This doubleshot skill have a useless penalty of -8acc (-40%accuracy) till the end of a turn (which make no sense cuz every unit can attack only once and archers dont strike back sofar i seen)

So where is this skill useful? 55% accuracy - 40% penalty = 15% hitchance by default? Most time i miss with this skill.. i more often get scatter shots and kill the target behind or even better my own soldiers
Ingame in the little window for the buffs/penalties it says accuracy penalty double (which is not rly true, only -8 acc) that should be renamed.
i think this skill need some tweaks.


-the archer can use this special action to attack twice and activate is double shot skill. Were this planned for him?
ofc as bad as this doubleshot skill is with the accuracy less than 15%. It still could do alot of damage in a lucky turn. If he mix those 2 skills then he perform 3 shots at the target.

-If an archer shoot someone on the next field.. how he is able to miss or rather how can the enemy dodge it? i think its hard for an veteran archer to miss 1-3 shots on 1-2yard distance..
Ofc its still a game and it cant be logical on every aspect but .... this wont make the players happy i guess.
I think it would be better if the archer can hit with 100%chance in close combat but with less damage(maybe 50% or something like that) because of this close range the arrow dont get the acceleration to pierce the enemy armor.


-missons should increase in their difficulty and also raise the reward.
the higher levels should be hard matchups almost impossible to win but with a good reward and there must be an ap limit for the player! Maybe a campain additionaly to the trian missions

- there should be diffirent sounds between "opponent found for a livegame" and "mission completed".. rly annoying if you are on desktop and getting exited for an possible match... then u come in and its just a message for a finished mission >_>



And i would suggest a larger tree for every unit. To maximaze the customization ability, which make such games interesting.

PS: AI must be how shall i say it ?? agressive? I´ve had to go afk right after starting a training mission. when i came back i were leading the current game ;D The ai was too passive. But this game is still in beta, so i guess you already plan to improve ai before release. Seems like a new tactic^^ to form a turtle formation and do dmg only by auto striking back xD

Is this normal or an error that the renown Buff not active on a soldier, like the XP Buff. (the blue one is for xp boost, the purple for renown..
If the renown scroll not shown on a unit it means its global? i dont know the renown calculation for a battle.

As far as I understand, the blue scroll (unit exp buff) is working only for the indicated unit (your swordsman). The purple scroll is not giving exp for your units, it's giving bonus renown to your account.
I also think the purple scroll works only in multiplayer, not training mode because when I had that purple scroll I didn't see any change when doing training matches.

just played a training mission and there were the purple scroll in the result screen + 49 renown (i will compare it when the scroll runs off)

its pretty annoying alwys when i almost finish the training mission.. i get a message about an opponent ;D but i never break up an almost finished mission for it >_> there should be an save option or something like that ;(

About Knight of the Lion... If you compare him to other faction Elites, he is somewhat weak, but since his AP cost is lower it is indeed possible to have 2 at the 200 AP bracket and that is probably one of the strongest armies for that bracket, although I think it's also possible to have 2 Crane Warriors and that should be strong as well.

My sugestion is that only one elite unit should be allowed in the 200 AP bracket and no Legendary units allowed until the 800 AP bracket. IMO that would really improve the fun for all players.

mine lion knight without any injuries.. just died after a match against a player....... really?? for real!!?? -.-

this comes to a suggestion of storing the bought units.. even if u gonna delete the champion starter deck.
i would start over with lvl1 no problem but then i would lose the other units that i bought ;(

the healing cards are not that cheap even if they cost lower than a new lion knight >.<

poor life for a poor man

btw. will there be more units for every race or more races?
I dont think that it will do fun on a long term. It takes not long to maxlevel the units and its kinda boring without many customisation options.

It would be more interesting with higher levels. for example u can level the unit to lvl 60-100 with each level u can increase one attribute.. every 10-20 level u get a talent point.
This would make every unit unique and increase their ability in fights.

For online battles it would be also better to see what the opponent is going for. (atleast the elite unit)
so the other player can take counters.

I think it also should be an preset options for your armies. depend on the race u could quick choose them before a fight.

cool nice to hear that.

Do you also have an answer how to prevent the abuse of those presets of companies that you chose from start for free?
For example:
Now i have 2 slots available for 2 decks.
I use one for Missions and 1 to play. I can chose for example the best preset with the highest Units to increase the % of success in missions.
If they fail and die during a mission i can just delete and recreate the companie and repeat it again.

Is this actually how it should be or will there be a start amount of ducats when you create an account and startprices for the different presets?

The only good point is that if i dont buy any new units, i can restart from new if a unit die (because the deadrate is kinda big atm)
(atleast if u lose a match and the unit died on the battlefield)
I played about 30 games. In the first 20 i had a stats of 18wins/2lose and no unit died.
Yesterday i lost an online game where my lion knight died in battle(didnt happen often) and also for real..
right after that i lost a lion of war in a training mission.. now iam doomed ;D Cant delete because i will lose the bought units and cant play with just swordmans and 1 archer. (only once i won a game vs an elite unit on enemy side.. but the sutuation at the end was 4 swordmans vs 1 lionknight with half health.. kinda lucky to win this even with 4 swordman.. with their 3-4 dmg)

PS:
if i use a fatecard to revive a dead unit, will it still keep his injuries? or will they be healed too?
