Question on feedback/bugs

I was fortunate enough to get a Beta key today, and I was wondering at what stage of development the Steam download is at.

Should I be bothering with reporting things like grammar, spelling, font issues etc? Or is all that stuff already corrected in newer versions?

Just want to be helpful, without reporting on well known issues...
