Ring of ice bug (tested)

Ring of ice seems to provide protection vs spells. We tested it and every spell no matter what unit has a 50% chance to do 0 damage when the incantation succeed. I think it is either a tooltip error or a bug as it is not working as intended in the description.

Hi, this is a bug we found just after the patch was released
