I prefer it that way : not having the effect explicitly written invites the player to really pay attention to the text, and to make choices based on the experience of previous events.

When the effect is explicitly written, I tend to ignore the fluff and just go for the option I find optimal, which I think is sad.

i would like some events that can reward objects not only renown/exp/ducats
