how function incantetion roll? willpower - 1 d6 > dificculties of spell?
80% + (5xWIL) - (5xDifficulty)
So anything with a difficulty of 4 or lower than your Wil, if you are not in combat, stunned, or otherwise affected, will be a sure cast.
