Dogs of War Online

In description it says "MOV -2", and in real fight it is "-50%".

Major bug to this ability:

It inflicts target even if it dodges, and even if your shot scatters! So, after scatter, 1 target gets "Impeded"and other target gets damage =)
And in addition, when using this ability the damage notification (-15, for example) shows 2 times, so it looks like there was 2 shots "-15" each =)

Arg ! That's a strange behavior
The effects of this kind of skill are applied separately, I will have a look into this.
Concerning the double notifications, it should be fixed for all concerned skills in the next update.
The description should be fixed too.
