Tested this patch, i have no idea how to win again woflen now.

Fang warrior:
Dam 9
Tough 11
Move 6 squares
2 hits attack
Fear on combat

^ Only for 45 ap each.

In 200 ap and 300 ap, just swam your opponents with these guys 6 squares move, run pass the defence line, aside from heavy tank like knight of the blood (144 ap) they fear nothing.

1 knight of the blood cost more then 3 warrior ... archer/valkirie/swordmen got killed so easy when face these guys

I haven't played enough to fully comment on the stat changes, although it did move me up to playing 300AP games (solely because of the increase in Knight of the Lion and Skull Warrior).

But one thing I have noticed for sure and don't like is how much longer I wait to play a game. Before this patch, I was always pleasantly surprised at how quick it was once I pressed play. Now I'm waiting for minutes, sometimes I thought it might be broken.

Right now, the knight is just a big meatshield. He has a tough time cutting trough ennemies.
He can be pretty dificult to kill for sure. But why would you invest your time and troops into killing him when he is hardly doing any damage? Go after what he is protecting first and kill him last.

Because normal swordsman are so much cheaper now when compared to the knight, maybe it would be a good idea to replace you knight with a bunch of swordsman, especially in 200Ap and 300AP armies. Instead of just one big meatshield you get a number of smaller ones, which is more useful if you want to defend chokepoints.

They don't fill the same role. KotL is a "Bulldozer" stopper that will have trouble doing his job against hordes and specialists, while Warriors are more suited to provide encirclement bonuses and block specialists, but they really don't hold their ground against bulldozers (POB/GRAVE/SKULL)


By the way, is it just me or has "Divine whatever" order get ÜBERBOOSTED? 4 different stats that get +10? Wow.

Devs completely broke the game, you really get paid for that king of work? :roll:
Turn back to old patch and just made minor adjustment to elite units and rework skill cost (lovering the ones for rank 1 unit and not increasing the ones for elite)

The game is just a mass of lv1-2 unit right now, stup1d like few games around.

Seriusly, i could made a better game alone, i could do the work for you free if you want.

I'll come back after the new patch if something new is made.

Elites pre-patch were too strong, now they have the right cost - For their old stats that were nerfed at the same time - that's all. A minor patch to re-up the stats would be welcome.

I must agree. Too many changes and too drastic. I feel there needed to be some VERY minor tweaks. Before patch I successfully played all 3 armies...each had to be played differently, but they all could win if played smart.

Now, I can only win using new level 1 troops and leaving my higher level troops wasting away. The math is broken...the cost of 2 level 5 POB's is 380+ AP. There is no way that adds up. :( A bunch of low level toons will crush them.

And you didn't fix the most broken spell in the game "exhausting touch" I agree with the favorable spell from the Valk getting tweaked, but how could you miss "exhausting touch". That spell is beyond broke.

And the queue... :( Takes for ever to get a game now. 400ap is a joke. I am writing this as I still wait currently 11mins 32secs..That's just boring.

Please revert back to original load and make just a few changes/tweaks at a time. At this points it's just a mess. Playing level 1 and level 2 toons to win in the 400ap while waiting 10-15 mins for a game is boring.

The one that annoys me the msot is the Priest of Salaüel's Curse that's now ineffective against most "high quality" units.

I was kinda fine with "certain hit-certain miss" if it was much harder to cast.

Yep is SO MUCH weaker than Exhausting Touch that HARD-OWN counters Legendaries (after killing/separating other units).
ign: Draconnor, Cynwall player, 23 years in computer games, 14 years in battle games, 8 years in Confrontation Universe, 4 years of making own battle games.

no idea why they nerfed bad omen it was really unecessary , the priest is already underplayed :(
