Units ans skills - once again

biggest problem is that we don't have full DMG formula - but i can assume that +4 should be visible even with standard "+9"

So if we compare healthy mage using primal on any unit and latter do the same with mastery of Arcana we should get the same result.. or not

mastery of arcana doesn't influence the magical damage as it is used only to determine the rolls

I'm pretty sure that you have to consider also the unit TOU , other than your magician WIL.

i knew that is official Dev statement - but guy above says that he is sure about this +4 so it may be bug or...

It's been proven in this very thread that I can be wrong. I don't ahve enough silver to buy a lvl 1 mage now to try to compare, but will when I can.
