Open Beta : update on the technical issues

Hey,

The open beta started yesterday and we had some technical issues, mainly because of the load on our mail servers. Here's an update on the issues.

1. Confirmation email not received or received very late
Our mail servers have experienced some saturation due to to the amount of people trying to reach the game.
Furthermore each new confirmation request invalidates the user's previous requests, which is the main reason for this saturation and the reception of invalid confirmation emails with the following text:
"Apparently, this page is not unavailable at the moment, sorry about that ! We are probably already working on the issue. The real question is, who let the dogs out ?! (Is that you Phil ?!)"

* If you have not been able to confirm your inscription yet, you can make a new request by launching the game, trying to connect, and ask for a new confirmation email using the dedicated interface that will be displayed.
In order to prevent further issues, please:
- push the send button only once at a time to prevent more saturation
- wait for 2 hours before requesting a new confirmation email, since it corresponds to the validity duration of each new request

2. emails received but with an invalid confirmation link
Each new confirmation request invalidates the user's previous requests, which is the main reason for the saturation we experienced during the launching day. This led to an invalid confirmation emails with the following text:
"Apparently, this page is not unavailable at the moment, sorry about that ! We are probably already working on the issue. The real question is, who let the dogs out ?! (Is that you Phil ?!)"

* If you received this message you can make a new request by launching the game, trying to connect, and ask for a new confirmation email using the dedicated interface that will be displayed.
In order to prevent further issues, please:
- push the send button only once at a time to prevent more saturation
- wait for 2 hours before requesting a new confirmation email, since it corresponds to the validity duration of each new request

* If you use a gmail accounts for confirmation, the email can get "truncated" due to gmail word-wrapping and preview size limitation.
If this is happening, just click "View entire message" at bottom of message and you should see the correct validation link.

3. Error message when trying to purchase Cyans
Some users got a yellow error message displayed in the Cyans Shop where the cost should be displayed. When clicked a window is opened saying the currency is not supported.
We are currently working to add support for those currencies, this should be quickly solved in the next few days.

Hello,

Right now a lot of player get stucked on the "Loading ..." page just after launching the game.
Some of you sent us their log files, thank you for that, it is not needed anymore.

We're still looking for a solution, so we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

we got some (huge) trouble between our servers during last hours.
Problems have been hotfixed for now, we're still investigating on the origin of all trouble.
Every ended games have been processed and you should now be able to (re)connect and get your postmatch correctly.

That means
- the first game you finished will be correctly processed and will be your postmatch
-> you will get credits, exp, etc... from that game
- other games you should have been able to launch, should not be launched (servers normally refuses to launch another game while postmatch is remaining) and are totally lost

You may need to reconnect to the lobby to get your postmatch screen displayed.
