Patch 0.13.03 : Change log

Patch 0.13.03 is live, it's a small patch but with major changes for the Chimera :
- Chimera update :
* Stats update : -1 DAM, -1 TOU
* CelestialScourge can now be casted 1 time per turn (down from 2)
* Perfect Gem now gives 2 mana per turn to Chimera (down from 3)
- Fixed Chosen of Light ability to cast and attack
- New tutorial
