Thanks again for all the feedback. We're going to patch the game later today. The patch will adress most of the issues you mentionned. Note that we won't remove killed outright but we will tweak it to make it more controllable.

More information soon on the patch log.

I forgot to mention it but Chimera's are also pretty screwed against Emerok when he uses Flask of Destiny, since it has the effect of Middle-way the Chimera becomes largely impotent for the whole turn after he uses it.

So while the servers were up for a moment i went into a training mission and Mortal Insolence seems to be bugged. The bug seems to be that only one unit in your team can have Mortal Insolence up each turn, i don't know if that would effect an opposing wolfen team as well or not. But i was testing that your bug fixes were working with my Runic Warrior of the Wolf (warfury > Mortal Insolence) when i noticed that Emerok's own Mortal Insolence was blacked out even though he had the faith points to use it. (This is turn one so all of the Wolfen were crowded around him giving him plenty of fp) He was able to use it next turn.

i went back into another training mission and again this happens even the other way around, Also is it intentional that if Emerok uses Mortal Insolence you cannot use Chant of Fate on the same turn?

A warrior-caster can use only one spell each activation. Only Ability Buffs (yellow icons are Abilities) have no restrictions.
Mortal Insolence is configured to be callable by only one member of your team at a time (it doesn't prevent your opponent to cast it).

Wouldn't Rampart of the Graves make a better first tier Grave Guardian? I mean the Scourge of looters is situational, he's much better against Ram than any other opponent. Where as the Rampart does his job just as well no matter who you go up against. Both of them have alot of synergy with the Devotee of Yllia and the Enchanter though the rampart wins just a bit for his higher defensive stats. Beyound that i can only really see a reason to keep the Scourge of Looters as first tier if we're going to be getting some stream lining to composition changing during the prep your units screen. Like if we had sets to choose from for example.

The Grave guardian is stronger overall, that's why he is tier 2 and cost more ap.
