Is The Magician of Alahan bugged?

In description his second skill "Scourge of the Impure" says: This weapon grants his bearer: "Scourge - Construct", "Scourge - Devil" and "Scourge - living-dead" for 3 turns.
Every time when i cast this spell on any allied units it only gets "Scourge - Construct" buff.
alas "scourge - living-dead" was the main reason i picked this spell :/
so is it bugged or i am doing something wrong?

does it add the +3 dmg vs undeads? if not, yes is bugged.

It is bugged, only the Scourge construct is given at the moment.

damn
and as far as i'm concerned, there are no constructs in the game yet, right?

I believe it is bugged as well. I tried the spell on different ap units to see if it was an ap issue and every time it was the construct buff and nothing else.

At the moment there are no "Constructs" since they are unit of the Dirz army (considering Confrontation lore), one of the grayed out in the Darkness selection zone

We can confirm there is a bug with this spell.
It will be fixed in the next patch, which will come as soon as possible.
@ Almanro: there are also several constructs in the Cynwall army, if I remember correctly

Cynwall are the Dragon guys (just had a look at the wiki)?
If so I totally concur with Dragon_Warrior's reaction.
