I like it Innuit. Archers are good to include because they can often make good use of an offensive stance without suffering the penalties that a melee unit would. Archers can also soften a unit prior to melee engagement.
When you are new I would recommend not levelling all units just because you can. The SW with HB are fine, but those Gargs without elusive would allow you to try more compositions.
