Implement a way to talk in chat in locations other than menu

Such as in game, or during loading screens, etc.

I've been finding myself enjoying talking in chat a lot, and it even discourages me from queuing sometimes because I'm in the middle of a conversation. I've also run into moments where I'm in the middle of a long queue, and it pops right when I'm in the middle of explaining something to someone, and I just mysteriously disappear.

I would love to be able to continue chatting with people while in game, make it a way to pass the time between my activations.

yeah always thought about that...also a whisper system would be nice to contact players during a game.

I've had players talk to me while I was playing a game who weren't who I was playing against.

The situation was that I had just played a guy, queued immediately into another game and while I was playing it, the guy from the previous game was still talking to me.

Also, I'm assuming you know you can talk to your opponent during the game, but are talking about keeping the chat going with lobby people while you play.
