Disconnecting

I was hoping that this would have been fixed by the recent patch, but sadly it has not. Just played someone who is 27-2, the person disconnected as soon as it was starting to go against him/her. Sure I got points for the victory as he/she disconnected, but that person does not get the loss on their profile, hence the high win to loss ratio, as they disconnect as soon as they are losing.

If he/she did accidentally disconnect, that is fine, but from the rage in the chat, I think this is unlikely.

Are you sure they are not getting the loss added to their profile since all the DC's I've had yesterday did show up in mine. Often it seems to take a while though which was odd.

100% sure I had checked the leader board before the match.

Hi,

did you notice his score ?
Actually, you can see that you can't see leave stats in the ladder.
If the player Alt-F4 to "ragequit", it's not a loss but a leave, which is saved as a leaver, which is not displayed in the ladder and will appear as lost in your last games on your profile screen.
The score uses the leave stats for its computation.

An update will be done to merge leave and loss in ladder display.

+1 for the update.

I knew that the points system counts leavers, but does a leaver count as the same deduction in points as a loss?
