Hi,

all servers are actually up and work well. They haven't been down for a long time.
This seems to be an issue on your side. Check your connectivity, wires, firewall, antivirus and whatever could block your internet.

Well I was playing without problem before, but it suddenly happened yesterday while I have changed nothing. I'm using Windows 8.1 with it own firewall and defender. I have tried to disable them both but no luck.

I don't have problem with any other internet program/games, could it be a internet route problem? I'm playing from Taiwan(asia) with IP 114.37.*.*

Hi,

Do you post using the same computer with the issue ?
I actually don't see any session/connection to our game servers from that IP.
What is your in-game nickname ?

Please, post here the results for the following commands, using the Windows command prompt (shortcut : windows+r then type cmd and press enter) :
ping ns3002598.ovh.net
tracert ns3002598.ovh.net

What is the content of this address on your computer ? http://ns3002598.ovh.net:20600/Dogs/GetLobbyServer/

Also, join your logs (copy past their content : lua.log, dogsofwar.log, lobbymanager.log - all of them) after a try with the error message or send me them through private message.

Hi,

I see 2 connections from the IP you used for your last response, this night. Today (May 21) at 0:40 AM, and at 5:20 AM.
They lasted only a few seconds. Did you notice it ? Did you have a "connection lost" popup after that ?

Thanks for the information.
Results seem good, in spite of some lags due to your and our servers location.
You should at least be able to connect to our lobby, but maybe your connection times out before any response from it and establishing connection.
I could extract this information from your log files. You will find them in "My Documents/DogsOfWar" folder.
