Whats the point of giving Chimera such a high mana pool (12) when it can only cast 1 spell per turn with the average spell cost of 4 mana. It just seems like such a mandatory waste of AP to get the +1 magic Power at level 3 and 5.

it is legendary and has to be amazing I'm fairly sure wolven lonewolf has the same issue....but honestly...who cares? maybe in the future they will add something to make use for it.

currently the only advantage is that chimera can take several Erosions to the chest and still cast one spell

I care because I'm short of 2 AP points to have a 3rd Sparkling with heal. I'll trade my half my stupid mana pool for 2 AP .

ap cost of the units aren't constant at the moment.
and even the devs said - that they forgot to lower sparkling ap cost after nerfing his everything

I baptised my chimera and renamed him to Trollness of the Chimera. I also painted him trollish pink.
