Currently the bonus damage provided by the "Scourge of the living dead" promotion for Knights of the Lion works on everything, not just he living dead. To be fair i have not tested it on everything but it certainly works on other knights of the lion and on human footmen.

That's because he considers his targets soon to be Living-Deads

Because he is serious about his job.
