Your Tactics

To help new players and to improve everyone's level, why not write down some of your tatics/tips?
Wombo Combo
I've had a game where my opponent didn't expect an action from me. He called it the Wombo Combo.
It involves a level 3 wulven with crossbow that has the Assault Fire skill.
Basically, use assault fire on a unit with half its hit points, but not wounded enough to be killed by the arrow: You will shoot (wound), charge (Kill), and be allowed to shoot in pursuit. Time it well. Best combined with instinctive firing.
Heat Seeker
This one is really simple, and it works thanks to how "engaged" works, but most don't see it coming.
Many people protect their high value targets (Necros, magicians, archers, etc...) behind a better unit. The thing is you can "engage" an enemy and walk around it without triggering an attack as if you tried to disengage. With this, you can move around an enemy that's here to "protect" a VIP and engage your true target.
Can also be very interesting to use with a previously invoked skeletons you can move around an enemy line before detonating it with a necromancer (using tide of bones), damaging several enemies.
Berzerker Rune (Theoretic, yet to try it)
A fun way to use the Lvl 4 Guardian of Runes with Mortal Insolence is to cast mortal insolence on yourself on the same turn you use offensive stance: This will make you have 3 attacks, but immune to damage, countering the "weakness" of Offensive Stance. Great to kill a squishy unit that doesn't expect your Faithful to charge like a maniac.
Doomsparks
1) Use a spark to give 2 mana on a Magician of Alahan.
2) Use a Valkyrie to heal the sprite
3) Wait for turn 2 (Magician will have 6 mana)
4) Use a magician of Alahan to cast three seals of Dellar'n on three sprites that you will send running through enemy lines in the same turn (No need to attack).
5) Watch as each of them damage everyone around while engaging them.
