Server is lagging a lot

just to let you know that the server is having some serious difficulties, or at least it is what the players are feeling at the moment on the global chat.
Moreover, the matchmaking is also having some problems: many players are looking for matches, but all are queued for minutes without getting an enemy and the matchmaking is working strangely.
