[0.12] Necromancer AP

The necromancer AP is 55 but if you buy a lv5 necro with cyans it's base AP is 65...

its not about Cyans - its about hidden power cost.

and why its even on lev1 ?
and why it makes mages/priests so useles below max ap limit.

worst thing in this patch
please hot fix it asap, just make all skills on that level cost +10 AP so no matter what you pick you also pay the increased magic power and it is clear to everybody! This might cause lot of rage.

Hi ! We are fixing the shop bug, and we will add some informations ingame towards the increased AP cost.
This increased cost was necessary for balance issues. The AP cost for all lvl1 casters has been tweaked to include this increase, so it should only affect lvl3 and lvl5 units.

but i feel that even without this 2/3x +10 most of mages was really hard to pay off since 0.11 on any format below 800.
and there will be even harder to level up from T1.
