Mission Difficulty - how it works?

If I have easy mission (51-70) it means that I have 51+d20+unit cost factor % or 51+unit cost factor and no more than total of 70%?
Or it works in other way?

just my feelings but it seems that 15 min missions are to avoid in general as they cost too much but yeah also my golem is the same :D

i just get a wound on Chimera on 41-51% lev +67% from chimera ...

did you fail the mission? maybe there is always a the % injury chance that prevents you to go to 100%
