Mastery of Arcana

Does Mastery of Arcana/Exalted increases dmg of will based spells or not? - and if not - whats the use of it when even without it mages have mostly 100% to cast their spells (except maybe necro healing).

Any magician with a critical wound, engaged in melee would probably disagree with you ;)

but alachan mage takes recovery 99,9% :P
