Golem vs chimera

Chimera in my opinion is the strongest unit of the game probably better than the Worg, altough it is hard battle. Let's compare it with the other Ram legendary just to see how underpowered the latter is for a legendary vs the chimera.
Flesh Golem vs Chimera:
Ducats cost (lvl 1): 28.150 vs 27.720 ---> chimera is a bit cheaper
AP Cost (lvl 1): 198 vs 200 ---> almost equal
AP cost (lvl 5 - build 1) : 237 (swipe/hardboilled) vs 238 (Counterattack/aoe attack) ---> more or less same AP
AP cost (lvl 5 - build 2) : 229 (master strike/hardboiled/rapidity) vs 231 (support version) ---> more or less same AP
Attack dices: 1 melee vs 1 melee+1 spell ---> chimera can possibly deal more damage in one turn and can be ranged
ACC: 15 vs 15 --> yay equal
PAR: 6 vs 11 --> chimera wins, almost double
DOD: 7 vs 13 --> chimera wins, almost double
DAM: 18 vs 17 (or 25 if under strenght of virtue) -> chimera wins if under the buff or is nearly EQUAL
TOU: 20 vs 16 --> Golem wins! YAY ferocious makes him sad though.
WIL: 8 vs 16 ---> chimera wins but that is kind of obvious why.
MOV: 3 or 4 vs 5 --> Drum rolls....chimera wins and is as fast as the worg obviously.
skill comparison:
Fear (20) + steadfast vs mastery of the arcana for free + steadfast --> at least here the golem is better.
so...chimera does more DAMAGE provides more flexibility with the spells , has a bigger movement, supports more, has better stats beside TOU aaaand...cost the same AP. What i find the most crazy is that the warrior-MAGE can reach 25 DAM and surpass by a HUGE amount the flesh golem which is a pure warrior.
How can you justify that it can reach 25 DAM and even without the buff deal more damage (by using a spell+attack) than the flesh golem while packing more utility and having better stat for the same AP?!
