[UI] Tutorial popup under border highlight

At the first tutorial, when it's required to view the portrait of unit.
Description:
--------------
The highlight border is shown above the popup with unit info.
Its occurs only before click on "Ok" in the message tutorial (top right popup).
After click on "Ok", the highlight border disappear.
