Where did Ducats go?

Hey, just started with this awesome game and have one little question. Played few games earned some ducats, then i ugraded some units and deleted one of two companies and then i noticed that from 2000+ ducats i have only 50 left. Dont understand where they disappeared.

by upgrading units you mean doing the training quests? because they do cost ducats (and quite a lot beside the first one). Other than that, unless it is a unknown bug, even if you delete all companies and units you still keep your ducats.

You were right i sent some units on missions and thats where my ducats went. I have one more question, is there a way to delete or downgrade single unit?

you can delete units at your units screen. There is a button on the bottom where you can destroy units. Sadly you cannot downgrade or reset the talents....luckly it doesnt take too long to level up a unit

Anyway I noticed that for the base unit should buy them more than using the fate cards... it's less expensive
