Trait of competence not aquired yet

I don't know if I didn't usderstant how to do it or if it's missing, but when I want to train a unit that just leveled up I have a lot of difficulty to chose when new traits are involved.
For example the hyperion aura spell that can be chose for a Lion's magician is something I cannot really understand before I select it as it grants the trait "hyperian" but I don't see what it means.
Is there a way to find the information ? If not it would be interesting to have a list of all the traits available in the help section.
