it is bugged, even if the target dodges i get the impeded debuff. Probably not intended

Even funnier when shot scatters... 1 unit gets impeded and other one gets hit. =)

Hi, this has already been reported, but I can't fix it quickly.
The same bug should appear on all skills based on range attack :(
You will have to wait a little, probably 2 or 3 weeks.
