A possible Valkyrie bug

PostThu Nov 14, 2013 9:11 am

So I have noticed that a lot of time when I play valkyries they happen to miss their basic healing spell.
However there is no text saying "incantation failed". there is just normal animation and nothing happens.

They miss really often because of that - at least 3 times a match which is suspicous considering the fact that its 5 difficulty spell to will of 12.

After 20+ games with magician I have maybe failed 2 -3 incantations TOTAL(7 diff to 15 will).

So the question is:
- is just the text missing,
- or is this the bug that makes valkyries fail like 50% of their spells?

Hi,

there is actually a bug : you can't cast the heal spell on an unit who already has the buff from a previous cast.
This should be fixed with the incoming version. Every cast applies the direct healing, but the buff won't be stackable.

Just tested it, pretty sure the direct healing does not apply as well

Yup, the spell is currently 100% useless if the targeted unit is still under the regen effect of the previous cast (the no-stack rule is applied to both instant heal and regen passive).
It is fixed on our side, but you will have to wait until the next patch.
Just hope your Valkyries will not die too much because of that ;)
