Recent Patch Issues

After the recent patch I seem to be joining less games, and if I do the game will usually kick both players out. So far I've played 5 games to which I join a game and the server kicks both players out during the 5 or so turn, leaving me with a win.

I shouldn't really be complaining since i'm winning games but I play the game to actually play it, not to be rewarded for being kicked out of a match.

Are you sure the enemy is not just conceding? Generally during a disconnection no one gets anything.

This usually happens in the first few rounds, and 5 people in a row seems a little odd.

Happened also to me this morning. The game freezed (time counter stopped, but we both could move around the map and chat) for about 5 minutes then started again to work normally. I was chatting with the other player so we waited a bit, but I was going to surrender the match if it would have been freezed longer (probably what happened in your matches)

This is exactly what happens! At the end did it say that you won the match?

In the end I lost it... about 9 lvl1 Lion units plus a mage lvl 3 playing fortress in the acheron map against my poor high lvl 4 Wolfen (400 AP bracket)... with the new AP values it wasn't a game, more a massacre...
