[U10] Devotion

Devotion skill of Sparkling of Light is still bugged or the description is still wrong.
Description say it share 3 mana point, but it give 2 mana point.

This is a localization issue. We thought it was fixed, but for some reason it came back.
It should only appear in english, german and russian versions of the game - the french version was already displaying the correct number.

This will be fixed (the number will correctly be set to "2") in the next patch.
